	Kool and the Gang Performed Wednesday, May 3, on the Washington Mutual Stage, Kool and the Gang, the group with a sound that has influenced the music of three generations. With his debut Atlantic album, "1 ON 1," Rupee captured the global mainstream audience with "Tempted to Touch." Alison Hinds is known to be the Soca Queen through the Caribbean.
