Whether you're a scratch golfer or a high handicapper, you can compete on an equal basis in the 2007 NFL Alumni- Palm Beach Charity Golf Classic. You will have an opportunity to win a berth in the NFL Alumni Super Bowl of Golf XXIX and compete for the National Championship with the winners receiving the exclusive symbol of achievement, the Super Bowl of Golf ring.

The NFL Alumni Charity Golf Classics are one-day, 18-hole team scrambles held in some 30 cities to raise funds for local and national youth charities. Each team is paired with an NFL Alumni Team Captain and a scorekeeper! Participants will compete at the prestigious The Country Club at Mirasol on Monday- May 21st, 2007

FORMAT- 5 Player Scramble (4 Players + NFL Alumni Captain)
All winner's handicaps are subject to verification, and only teams with verified handicaps from all 5 members will be eligible for prizes. Tournament scoring rules penalize teams for having more than one "A" player (0-8 handicap) and/or more than two "B" players (9-16 handicap). Decisions of the Tournament Golf Committee on handicapping, penalties and scoring are final. The scoring system is derived by taking the lowest individual handicap in the fivesome and multiplying that number by 35% plus penalty strokes for excess "A" or "B" players. Team captains are selected in accordance with rules of the Tournament Golf Committee.

NFL Alumni Captains comprise current or former NFL Professionals who are graciously donating their personal time and support for this cause.
