Friends, DJs, and dancers come cout to say good-bye to dear friend DJ Swerve. Swere usually took to the tables at Mr. G's on Thursday Nights and within a few hours of his viewing, friends and fans came out to celebrate one of the great South Florida DJs. Swerve was unique. He's been everywhere over the years dj'ing the finest house, deep house, trance and hip hop. Not many dj's spin trance and hip hop. His music always provoked a great time. He had the knack. It wasn;t all about him and what he wantd to spin, it was about the people and and the party. Swerve was a low profile celebrity dj and was virtually egoless in his music, stature and gentle social kindness. He will surely be missed. From what we've heard he was taking pain killers and drinking, a lethal combination and crap shoot for anyone. Take a lesson from the loss of this great guy. Don't do drugs and if you drink, drink responsibly. Swerve's kick-off party was filled with lots of booty, just the way he would have wanted it. We hope it put's a smile on his face. Peace Swerve.
